Myeloid cell differentiation is one of the most crucial physiological processes among hematopoiesis to form blood components and replenish blood system. Our previous studies demonstrated that lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) regulates erythroid and megakaryotic differentiation through activating multiple G protein coupled receptors. My research is focus on the underlie mechanism of LPA2 and LPA3 during murine myeloid differentiation.
