家居台北，從小對自然生物就有濃厚興趣， 因此來到台大生科系，且很高興能到李心予 老師實驗室裡向老師和學長姐們學習。希望 未來能在科學領域做出一番貢獻!	在膀胱癌病患中，Calreticulin(CRT)在尿液中的的量有明顯的增加，可做為篩檢癌症的重要marker之一。在實驗室的先前研究中發現，CRT可經由影響細胞膜上beta-1 integrin的glycosylation來造成癌細胞轉移。在CRT knockdown的細胞株當中，fucosyltransferase-1(FUT-1) 的表現量降低，使integrin fucosylation減少而使細胞貼附能力下降，並減少in vivo model中的癌細胞轉移。 在我的研究當中，希望透過immunoprecipitation(IP)的方式收集細胞上的beta-1 integrin，並分析在CRT knockdown細胞株上integrin的fucosylation pattern是否發生變化，進而找到能影響細胞貼附能力特定的glycosylation site，藉此對於癌細胞轉移的機制有更多的了解。
