之前已經有研究證明在胃癌細胞內，CRT會經由促進VEGF的表現來增強位癌腫瘤內血管新生的現象，而在不久前本實驗室也證明了在神經母細胞瘤中，CRT的表現量也影響了VEGF-A的表現，所以我想將CRT與VEGF-A在前列腺癌和膀胱癌內的關係研究出來，然後加以整理，來證明CRT並非只在單一種細胞株內具有調控VEGF-A的能力。
